How to Cancel Your Go Gift Cards Plan

Thank you for using Go Gift Cards! If you need to cancel your subscription, the process is simple and is handled directly through your Shopify admin.

To cancel your plan and stop all future payments, you simply need to uninstall the app from your Shopify store.

Once you uninstall the app, your subscription is automatically canceled immediately. You will not be charged for any upcoming billing cycles.

All our app charges are managed through Shopify's billing system.

• After you uninstall, you will not receive any new charges from Go Gift Cards.

• Please note that charges are based on a 30-day cycle that starts when you approve the subscription. Depending on when you uninstall, any charges for the current billing cycle may still appear on your next Shopify invoice, as per Shopify's policy.

• You can be confident there will be no charges for subsequent months.
