Gift Card Balance Proxy Page

The Gift Card Balance Checker allows customers to view the current value of their gift cards. Customers can search for their balance using two methods: entering the unique Gift Card Code or looking up cards via their Email Address.

This method allows users to check the balance of a single, specific gift card.

1. Navigate to the Card Balance Checker page.

2. Ensure the Gift Card Code tab is selected.

3. Enter the full gift card code into the text field.

4. Click the Check Balance button.

5. View Results: The system will display the Gift Card Balance, the expiration date (if applicable), and the last four digits of the card for verification.

This method is useful for customers who may have lost their code but know the email address associated with the gift.

Note: This search method only locates gift cards that were scheduled or created through "Send as a Gift" product pages.

1. On the Card Balance Checker, select the Email tab.

2. Enter the recipient's Email Address.

3. Click the Lookup Gift Cards button.

Understanding the Email Search Results

Once the lookup is complete, the results are broken down into three sections:

• Total Available Balance: At the top, you will see a combined total value of all active gift cards associated with that email address.

• Active Gift Cards List: Below the total, individual cards are listed. Each entry shows the balance, the sender's email, the date sent, and the masked card number.

• Disabled Cards: Any gift cards that have been disabled or expired will still appear in the list for record-keeping. However, these cards are not included in the "Total Available Balance" calculation.
